When Linette's primary doctor referred her to Dr. George Rossidis for an abnormal mammogram that showed a left breast lesion, she considered herself very lucky. Linette had not had a lumpectomy prior to this experience and needed information and guidance. She says that Dr. Rossidis "came through and reviewed more than once certain procedures and possible further scenarios she could face." Linette chose to move forward with the lumpectomy and even though it was a stressful time she says that she was put at ease by the team at Ocala Surgical Group. "In pre-op, I was put at ease as the nurses, aids, and other doctors treated Dr. Rossidis with smiles and genuine admiration. He gave back the same."

Following Linette's surgery, she was told that the tumor was removed and that "the margins were clear," meaning they were able to remove all of the tumor. Linette also says that following the surgery she has not had inflammation, she is healing well, and that the scars hardly show anymore. "I recommend Dr. George Rossidis without hesitation, I could rely on him and he was always on track. He prepared me well, got me through the surgeries and helped with what was to come."
